Vamsi T Mohun

Vamsi T Mohun is Founder and Analyst at IFIT Research Forum since early 2019. IFIT (Independent Finance, Innovation & Technology) is a progressive, nonpolitical, not-for-profit, think tank that conducts research on strategic systemic gaps in the India ecosystem and engages with the community to close those gaps.

Prior to founding IFIT, Vamsi resided in the USA for over 2 decades where he was a technology professional. He served in roles that spanned almost everything from coding to management in domains that included telecom and high tech. He was part of a team that facilitated the acquisition of a technology consulting firm by VMware. He co-authored a book on SAP that was published by Wiley. He was also founder of a startup that pioneered the use of digital and social media data in human resources.

Vamsi has an MBA degree from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and a MSEE degree from Michigan Technological University. His interests include geo-politics, international relations, economics, public policy and technology. In his spare time, he likes to travel on a motorcycle.
