Ronald D. Snee

Ron Snee is a management consultant, researcher, speaker, and teacher. He grew up on a farm in southwestern Pennsylvania and began his formal education in a one-room school: one teacher, fifty students in four grades, with a pot belly stove for heat, water pump out front for drinking water and outhouses in the rear. He started his career working at The DuPont company in a variety of positions prior to launching his consulting career. He has also served on the faculties of Rutgers, Temple and Delaware universities.

Ron has written several books and articles focusing on organizational and quality improvement, management, leadership, statistical thinking and college wrestling. His work has received global acclaim and has been recognized with numerous awards and honors. With a focus on learning, he continues to practice his craft using the principles and values he learned on the farm and throughout his career. He resides with his wife, Marjorie, in Newark, Delaware.
