Dale Halvorsen

Dale Halvorsen is a horror nerd, neurodivergent author, thing in a stupid man-suit and former award-winning book cover designer, graphic designer and illustrator. He has won multiple awards, including the British Science Fiction Association award, The British Fantasy Society Award and France’s Grand Prix de l’Imaginaire. As an author, he co-wrote "Girls Of Little Hope" with Sam Beckbessinger, co-created and co-wrote the original horror series "Survivors’ Club" with Lauren Beukes and Ryan Kelly and co-created and co-wrote "This Book Will Find You" with Sam Beckbessinger and Lauren Beukes which is being developed for TV. He has appeared at New York Comic Con and given talks on book cover design and writing at various festivals, including Fan Con, Comic Con Africa, the Franschhoek lit fest and The Open Book Festival.
