Karen Perham-Lippman

Karen Perham-Lippman, CDP®, Ph.D., is a community leader, speaker, practitioner, scholar and published author. She serves as Senior Manager of Global Inclusion and Belonging at a Fortune 500 company in the manufacturing industry and is Principal and Founder of Monarch Sustainable Change Partners, LLC.

Dr. Perham-Lippman has 15 years of experience driving significant results in global DEI, ESG, and social impact strategies. She holds a Certified Diversity Professional credential from Cornell University, a certification in designing equitable courses from the Association of College and University Educators (ACUE), and a certification in Ethics of AI from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She received her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and Business Management from Eastern University and was honored with the 2025 Student Service Award.

She serves as a member of Emerald Publishing’s Neuroinclusive Publishing Environment Advisory Group, teaches business, communications, and organizational leadership as an adjunct professor at undergraduate and graduate levels. Dr. Perham-Lippman has been published with Ethics International Press, Emerald Publishing, Forbes, Merits International Journal, SAGE Publishing, and Senior Executive. Her forthcoming book, Bridging Generations: Transformative Intergenerational Leadership and Followership, will be available from Emerald Publishing January 2027.
