“My journey to improve my health started a decade ago when I was diagnosed with tumors that were pressing on my bladder, making things like running painful. With a few changes in my nutrition, I was later able to shrink the tumors that could not be removed surgically and resume running and training for a triathlon. The person and the practice together can improve outcomes with lifestyle modifications that are easy to learn and do."
