Liz Martin

Working with visionary entrepreneur and author Brandon Vallorani for over 15 years, team efforts resulted in two companies achieving Inc. 5000 a total of 6 times; the start-up or acquisition of countless brands; four of which were acquired, two by public companies.

Liz has led teams between 4 and 55 in a varied number of industries and departments and has been directly responsible for a number of high-revenue activities.

Her diverse skillset led Liz to launch Invicta Consulting Agency, where she provided Visionary Executives & Entrepreneurs their integral counterpart as an Integrator, ensuring day-to-day strategy & LMA (leading, managing, and delivering accountability). Invicta Holdings was aquired in 2023, and Liz moved into a consulting role as a fractional executive.

As a fractional executive, Liz provides the structure and oversight organizations craves and their vision demands without the expense of full-time executive compensation and benefits. As an innovative, adaptive personality, Liz can assess challenging situations and deliver results.

Liz is author of How to Sizzle Not Fizzle (2015) and co-author of The 1896 Prophecies (2023). Residing in Palm Beach County, FL, Liz also operates the Vallorani's Cigars shop in Lantana with her long-time partner, Brandon Vallorani.
