Jason Kapalka, a Canadian game designer and entrepreneur, has made a profound mark on the gaming industry. As co-founder of PopCap Games, he developed iconic hits such as Bejeweled and Plants vs. Zombies, and was named to the top 100 game creators of all time by IGN. After selling PopCap to Electronic Arts in 2011, Jason ventured into a medley of eclectic businesses. These include Blue Wizard Digital, a creator of comic horror games, the infamous Storm Crow "nerd bars" in Vancouver and Toronto, and the Mysterious Package Company, known for its alarming wooden crates delivered to unsuspecting recipients via mail order.
Expanding his creative horizons, Jason has recently stepped into the literary scene. His debut collection of short stories, "The Revolution in Footwear," marks an exciting new chapter in his diverse and vibrant creative career.
