Feda has been a resident of Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia since 1995, where she lives with her husband and has raised three adult children. Over the past 25 years, Feda has led purpose-driven organisations supporting youth, aged care, disability, and mental health services. Her leadership and achievements have been recognised with several business leadership awards across her career.

Outside of her work, Feda is a dedicated gardener and nature enthusiast, finding inspiration in the natural environment. She believes that mindfulness and time spent in nature can help people tap into their inner wisdom.
