For 38 years, I felt lost; I then started looking for how I got to where I was, and changing my focus from the 'why' to the 'how' helped me reprogram my subconscious and create a new habit for a new reality. I realized I inherited my struggle with addiction from my parents, which further led to me struggling with relationships and having a consistent, stable roof over my head. One of those times I was homeless, I was sleeping in a van, overthinking my situation. I realized that I was blaming everyone else but myself for getting to this stage. I looked at myself in the mirror and realized the apple didn't fall far from the tree. My struggle became my passion, and I uncovered multiple ways to overcome personal struggles and heal my past. I'm here to share my story and hope to inspire and help those who struggle to find their path.
