Dr. Joy Hale

Joy N. Hale, Ed.D. is committed to the self-improvement of others. As someone determined to positively impact the world, Dr. Joy encourages others through motivational writings, Christian devotionals, workshop presentations, and public speaking events. Her mission is to help all people to recognize that living a victorious and successful life is possible through the strength and power of God's joy. Dr. Joy enjoys helping others through ministry. Her ministerial journey has included teaching Bible school for youth, serving as worship leader, and launching several women’s ministries to help women recognize their Kingdom call. These experiences helped to shape her heart as well as prepare her to lead God’s people. Joy and her husband were humbled and honored to begin Temple of Deliverance Christian Church in Akron, Ohio where they pastored for fifteen years. During that season, she founded Women of Royalty and used this as a ministry tool to encourage and empower women of all ages. She cherishes the opportunities she has had to minister with her husband at conferences, marriage retreats, college campus crusades, and ministry leadership workshops. Dr. Joy and her family relocated from Ohio to Phoenix, Arizona in 2012, where they have continued to operate in their ministry gifts. She birthed Girlfriends with Purpose to offer hope and healing to women as well as sisterhood to develop inner strength and overcome all obstacles. In 2021, Rising With Joy, LLC was launched as a response to God's directive for Dr. Joy to continue empowering the body of Christ (men and women) to dream, hope, and live in the fullness of joy. She earned her Doctor of Education degree in Christian Leadership at Liberty University. Dr. Joy N. Hale continues to yield herself to serving others through humility and welcomes every opportunity given to change the world, one life at a time.
