Nathan Hutson

Nathan Mark Hutson is a Visiting Professor of Urban Studies and Postwar Reconstruction at the Kyiv School of Economics. He is a specialist in transportation and land use planning, particularly in the context of Ukraine, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. Since the time of the invasion, he has been working with the World Bank and the Ro3kvit Urban Coalition for Ukraine on damage assessment and rebuilding strategies. He holds a Ph.D. in Urban Planning and Development from the University of Southern California.
