Cyndy Cypress

In her new Rebel Librarian Crime Fighter Mystery series, Cyndy Cypress has combined some of the best (and worst) of herself to bring Jenn Acosta and Rebecca Fulton to life as amateur sleuth librarians who, with Jenn’s faithful dog Sully, solve crimes and mysteries on the campus of Cascade University in the fictitious college town of Kootenai Hills, Montana.

As a Baby Boomer of the 1960s, Cyndy spent her early years playing in the Rocky Mountain foothills of Alberta, Canada. Then, in the freewheeling ‘70s, a family move took her west to beautiful British Columbia, where she still calls home. As a young adult in the turbulent ‘80s, Cyndy took a leap of faith away from a stagnant career in hotel management to find her calling in the budding local film & TV production industry, where she has enjoyed a long and eventful career. Recently, in a second leap of faith, Cyndy has segued her way out of producing stories for the big screen and is publishing them on the small page.
