Vic Clesceri

Vic Clesceri is a practitioner, scholar, and evangelist of human development with more than thirty-five years devoted to helping people and organizations grow with clarity, courage, and purpose. He has served as a management executive, professor, consultant, and coach, guiding leaders through complexity, culture, and change. His work is grounded in a simple conviction: people flourish when they are seen, developed, and trusted.

Vic is the Founder and Lead Sherpa of The Management Sherpa, a talent management and organizational development consultancy where he serves as an executive coach and business advisor focused on leadership formation, trust, culture, and sustainable performance. He currently serves as the Herbert E. Markley Visiting Executive Professor at Miami University and facilitates leadership programs at Mount St. Joseph University and Xavier University.

Vic is the founder of Avodah Spiritual Ikigai and The Surrender Project, a faith-rooted movement focused on spiritual formation, vocational discernment, and whole-life surrender. Drawing from his journey, including leaving corporate life and hiking the Camino de Santiago, he invites others to live and lead from a surrendered heart.
