Phil Randazzo

Phil Randazzo is the founder of American Dream U, a nonprofit serving military members, veterans, and spouses in transition for more than 23 years. Through American Dream U and his private work, Phil has had over 2,400 one-on-one conversations with military leaders, entrepreneurs, and high-performing individuals from organizations such as Strategic Coach, Tiger 21, EO, and other leadership communities.

ADU has impacted more than 23,000 people by helping them navigate transition, purpose, entrepreneurship, and personal growth. Phil has worked alongside retired Lieutenant Colonel and New York Times bestselling author Scott Mann, co-authoring *Mission Next* and supporting veterans and military families through transition. Phil has also spoken at the White House and testified before Congress on military transition issues.

He is the author of several books, including *Mission Next*, *Funding Your Bigger Future*, *Shark Talk*, and his newest book, *A Dog No One Knew They Could Pet* — a deeply personal exploration of awareness, inherited beliefs, emotional freedom, and breaking generational patterns.
