Stephanie Wheeler

Stephanie holds a MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and is an accredited individual and systemic team coach, passionate about supporting the development and flourishing of individuals, teams and organisations.

Stephanie works with individuals and teams to unlock their potential often using playful and creative approaches. She is a LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, a regular contributor to The LSP Magazine and has published peer-reviewed research articles related to playfulness in coaching and is enthusiastic about the synthesis of systemic team coaching and LSP and playful approaches.

Together with Teresa Leyman, her co-author, Stephanie has spoken at national and international conferences to share their work with organisations and fellow coaches and they run workshops for coaches to find authentic ways to connect with more playfulness in their work to broaden and deepen their self-awareness and coaching practice.
