Liz Tran

Liz Tran is the founder of the AQ Learning Lab and an executive coach for some of the world’s fastest-growing companies. Her work has been featured by The New Yorker, The New York Times, Bloomberg, Fast Company, and more. Tran is the author of AQ: A New Kind of Intelligence for a World That’s Always Changing, which has been translated into a dozen languages, and The Karma of Success, which was published in 2023. Tran lives with her husband and daughters in New York City and Norfolk, Connecticut.
