Alexis Richoux

Alexis Richoux is a New York Times Best-Selling Author of unsettling stories...in her head, at least.

In reality, she's just a twenty-something with a love of literature and all things dark and classically scary. She finds her joy in exploring the complexities of human emotion against a humid Louisiana backdrop. As a daughter of the Gulf Coast, she grew up with her feet firmly planted in the mud and a head full of stories with no way to tell them.

Alexis lives in Southeast Louisiana with her beloved husband, who is only a little worried about what goes on in her head. When she’s not writing, she’s fanning the fires of feminine rage and baking cookies to beat with the heat.
