Alec Campa

Come around here often?

Hello, I'm Alec Campa, a writer and video game developer born and raised in the lone star state of Texas. Everyone knows Texas is hot, but I can definitively say that here in Houston they're humid too. That means summers here suck.

Royally.

In order not to melt like a red haired Popsicle, I spent a good amount of time indoors during my younger years, time that led me to a love for both video games and fiction. There were many stories that captivated me, be they anime and manga such as Bleach and Fullmetal Alchemist, literary tales like The Lord of The Rings and The Maze Runner, or modern features like Star Wars, Predator, Star Trek, Terminator, and The Matrix Trilogy.

Many of these stories have left a lasting impact on me and my work, some more visibly than others.

Now I'm just a young 20 something looking to make stories to inspire others like how so many different works inspired me in my younger years. How will that go? Who knows. I probably won't find out today or tomorrow, but maybe I'll know the day after.

Thanks for reading!
