Ever since K. Marie was young, she would escape into other worlds, some close to home while others were far, far away. It's a wonder she hasn't found a looking glass to fall into with how often she looked for one. With nerdy, Dungeons and Dragons loving parents, it's also a no-brainer that she became a fantasy writer either! However, K. Marie knows better then most that sometimes that trauma is a big thing. As an advocate for Domestic Violence surivors and PTSD awareness, she incorporates broken characters for everyone to love, root for and maybe give you a reason to give yourself a little bit of grace.

When K. Marie isn't writing, she's playing 5th edition D&D with her husband, gaming, crocheting or chasing her kids around their accidental pumpkin patch in Kansas.
