Jacques Neatby

Jacques Neatby is an internationally recognized advisor, author, and executive educator specializing in leadership-team alignment and strategic decision-making.

He has advised leadership teams and senior executives across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, including at global industry leaders such as Marriott, Holcim, Randstad, Veolia, LVMH, Bell, and Sanofi.

A former senior executive at Bureau Veritas, one of the world’s largest testing, inspection and certification companies, Jacques has lectured at INSEAD in Europe since 2025. He previously taught leadership-team effectiveness for seven years in the world’s No. 1-ranked Executive MBA programme, as ranked by the Financial Times, as well as in other programmes in North America and Europe.

He has written on executive teams and strategy, including for the Harvard Business Review, and is co-author, with INSEAD professor Frédéric Godart, of Leadership Team Alignment: From Conflict to Collaboration (Stanford University Press, 2023).
