Allison Cuffaro

Allison Cuffaro is an IT Instructor and the Career and Technical Department Chair in a large public High School, in Florida. She is also the Academy of Information Technology Director and FBLA Advisor. With over twenty-seven years of experience in the classroom, the last twelve have been primarily technology courses, with a focus on preparing students for industry certifications.

She has dedicated her life to preparing students for careers, college and the real world. She currently teaches Computer Fundamentals, Web Technologies, and Cybersecurity to a diverse group of ninth through twelfth graders. She enjoys the rapid pace of change in her curricular field and continues to be a life-long learner to keep up with current career trends.

She entered education with a Bachelor’s in Business from the University of Tampa and a Master’s in Business Education from the University of South Florida, as well as several years in the Marketing field. A native of Tampa, Allison enjoys speaking to youth and adults about finding and creating their unique educational path, as a College and Career coach. She lives and works in Lutz, Florida, and in her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family.
