Ellen Ramsey

Ellen Ramsey loves to write humorous stories that celebrate imagination and creativity. She is the author of A Book for Bear and stories, articles, and poems for children's magazines. Ellen's love of reading and writing led her to jobs as an English teacher, technical editor, and author. She and her husband live in a house filled with books, teddy bears, and lots of laughter! A Book for Bear won a Moonbeam Gold Medal for the Best First Picture Book and has been nominated for a Keystone State Literacy Association “Keystone to Reading Elementary Book Award.”
