Diobelle Cerna is a children’s book illustrator and character designer based in the Philippines. She graduated with a BFA in Advertising Arts. Her passion lies in visual storytelling—creating simple designs and tries to capture the magic in mundane, everyday moments. She loves to incorporate strong lighting and textures in her artworks.
