As a distinguished motivational and keynote speaker, recording artist, master facilitator, speech coach, and beauty education professional, she brings over 18 years of extensive experience to the table. With degrees from Baylor University and Texas Woman’s University, Alisa is deeply passionate about enriching the lives of others, viewing it as a true privilege to dedicate her career—and her heart—to this calling.

Her commitment and impact have not gone unnoticed; she is honored to have received a 2024 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from the Biden Harris administration, recognizing her significant contributions to both her country and profession.

Throughout her impressive career, Alisa has inspired leaders at Mary Kay, the world’s largest direct-selling skincare and color cosmetics company. Her remarkable achievements include developing the inaugural career development program for elite multimillion-dollar sales representatives and orchestrating a global professional development conference that spanned nine countries and six languages.

Alisa’s teaching experience is as diverse as her talents, ranging from civic and religious environments to schools and higher education, particularly at Texas Woman’s University. In her role within the Sociology department, she engaged students with enthusiasm and served as a mentor and advocate for students of color, making a profound difference in their lives.

Over the past 25 years, Alisa has traveled both domestically and internationally, educating, empowering, and uplifting individuals. As a keynote speaker, event emcee, and host, she continually raises the bar, captivating audiences with her exceptional microphone skills and fostering meaningful discussions in small groups across the nation.

Her dedication to encouraging others to embrace their potential shines through in her writings. Alisa authored the lead chapter in the textbook *Women in Sociology* and co-authored a Bible study devotional with her mother, Rubie Sample, titled *My Unchanging Shepherd*. She also contributed to *The Difference*, a thought-provoking book aimed at inspiring change, and is celebrated in the essential text *Power Speaking* as a "sparkling jewel" and "diva" for her ability to engage audiences with vibrant energy.

On a personal note, Alisa is a wellness advocate who has transformed her life by losing over 150 pounds in two years without surgery. This incredible achievement has fueled her passion for helping others resurrect their dreams and pursue healthier lives, leading her to host monthly Health and Wellness Zoom Events.

With a creative flair, Alisa has lent her voice to the Grammy Award-winning *Potter’s House Choir’s Live in Kenya* and has performed at major events like Mega Fest, the largest Christian conference in the nation. She was even dubbed "the show-stealer" in a production of *Black Nativity* at Dallas’ TeCo Theater!

Currently, Alisa serves as the Worship Leader in Residence at Kaiser Street Church in Garland, Texas, and the Director of Worship and Creative Arts at Bon Air Church in Dallas. She finds immense joy and fulfillment in these levitical leadership roles and has provided live background vocals for award-winning artists, including Myron Butler, Bobby Sparks, and Tamela Mann.

Her latest musical project, the empowering single "#GreaterRemix," combines catchy melodies with inspiring lyrics, motivating listeners to believe in their potential and strive for greatness. Set for release in January 2025, this infectious tune is designed to leave a lasting impression and inspire listeners to pursue their dreams.

Alisa recently hosted a sold-out in-person and virtual event, the Transformation Master Class, in Dallas, Texas, on November 23. Participants sharpened their focus on their goals as they prepared for 2025, empowering them to take actionable steps toward their aspirations. The next transformative Alisa Inspires event is set for February 8.

In addition to her previous collaborative publications, events, and musical endeavors, Alisa has authored workbooks, e-books, and a collection of adult coloring books available on her Payhip website and Amazon.
