James Pearce

James Pearce (JP) is a Surrey-based primary school practitioner, with a decade of experience in teaching children aged 5-11. During his time working in schools, James has also worked with trainee teachers and those joining the profession, as a mentor and assessor, with his aim to support and impact the next generation of educators. As he reaches his 'early midlife crisis', he has decided to start putting pen to paper in order to make a difference to a wider range of teachers as they step up and step in to the classroom.
