Karun Krishnannair is a technology leader, architect, and engineer with vast experience in working with enterprise customers and a deep understanding of monitoring and observability tools. As a technology leader and as architect, he is an avid believer in system thinking and a strong proponent of a balanced approach of processes, people, and tools for solving technology and business problems.

Karun holds a Master of Science in Telecom and a Graduate Diploma in Engineering Management from RMIT University. His career spans different domains - Telecommunication providers, Banks, Technology vendors, and Consultancies over 15 years. Such a diverse background has given him the experience to see technology, people, process, and organizational challenges from multiple perspectives.
