Bernadette Greggory is an author, a health freedom advocate, and an avid aviation enthusiast who is most at home in Nature. Her professional background spans more than 25 years as a personal empowerment trainer whose classes included child development, leadership training for child care professionals, parenting for business professionals, essential life skills for adolescents and young adults, interpersonal communication skills, leadership skills, self-esteem, holistic wellness, and numerous other topics. She was also a business management and training consultant for a number of years in the Tampa Bay area.
As a writer and holistic wellness professional, she is particularly fascinated with the human body's amazing capacity to heal itself as well as the body-mind-spirit connection and its influence on happiness in people of all ages in every stage of life. She was an award-winning medical radio talk show host for two years, a Red Cross Health & Safety Instructor for almost fifteen years, and an advocate for older widows for four years through her previous organization, The Last Wives Club. Support for adolescents and teenagers through intergenerational relationships has always been high on her list of priorities.
Bernadette's philosophy is simply that it's never too late to be great. She is passionate about writing and teaching people of all ages new ways to experience joy in their lives. She believes that there is no greater adventure than Life itself, and you can make it as exciting or as boring as you choose to make it.
There is a special place in her heart for older widows who are in need of a nurturing support system. She is also dedicated to helping prepare young people for life beyond survival mode, where they can find peace of heart and true happiness.
