Kay Love

HI my name is Kay Love, a mother of a grown son. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and came from a Caribbean background. Also worked as a day care provider for 20 years. While working with children we have prepared them for school and they have gone into gifted and talented programs. During my experiences, I have noticed that children aren't prepared for life and parents either didn't have the time or lack the experience to prepare their children to the next level of development. So I was inspired on writing this book after the passing of my mentor, second mother and fellow colleague.

As children grow up into teens, we as parents or caregivers have to prepare them for life, that we all have to experience.

Raising children isn't just putting a roof over their head, clothes on their backs and food on the table. It is about instilling knowledge, experiences and advice to make better choices. Thank you
