Yveline Arnaud was born in Monaco to a family of actors. Her parents had a troupe of actors and she learned that art early on from them. Her working life started with a main part at age 11.
As a teenager, she liked to read about psychology, so she went on to study Psychology at the Sorbonne. She completed her Master's degrees in Clinical Psychology and Social Psychology.
After starting a Doctorate in the area of Creativity, she dropped out to join the Paris barricades in the famous student revolution. She subsequently embraced the hippie culture. Like others at the time, she had a spiritual experience. It led her to work in the not-for-profit field, providing emotional support to vulnerable groups of people in Eastern and European countries.
After a few years, she became a Life Coach, helping clients to achieve their goals. She realized that most of them needed counselling too. As addictions seemed to affect a lot of people, she decided to study that subject.
In 2014, she graduated from London South Bank University with an MSc in Addiction Counselling and Psychology. Since that, she has worked in the Detoxing Centre Equinox, creating a program of group therapy and training nurses in group facilitation; for the Charity Street Talk, counselling trafficked women, and as a volunteer counsellor for Homeless Action in Barnet.
She currently has a private addiction counselling practice specializing in co-dependency in North London.
