Jo Ella Elliott

Jo Ella Elliott is an author of poetry, Christian literature, and short stories.

Jo Ella moved to Shawnee, Oklahoma in 1968 after the death of her husband to attend Oklahoma Baptist University. She was the first in her family to attend college, earning her Bachelor's degree in elementary education in 1972. She taught for 19 years, touching the lives of thousands of students.

She went to be the the Lord in 2012. Her family keeps her legacy alive through her writing, just as she wanted.
