Samantha Jeffries

Samantha is the Associate Director of Student Case Management at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). In this role, she oversees the Case Management Team, and helps students, parents, and families navigate resources and support services both on campus and within the Rochester community. She also serves as a member of RIT’s Student Behavior Consultation Team, which is tasked with coordinating resources and support for students of concern. In addition to her work at RIT, Samantha serves as a member of the Non-Clinical Case Manager Committee within the Higher Education Case Managers Association (HECMA). Samantha’s main areas of focus in her work are mental health, crisis navigation, and community education. Prior to joining RIT, Samantha worked in community mental health, as well as within private practice and online telehealth platforms. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in New York State. She earned her BA in psychology from the University of Rochester, and her MS in marriage and family therapy from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.
