Gretchen Huijskens

Gretchen Huijskens is co-founder and CEO of Trades of Hope, where she is motivated by her purpose to create jobs for mothers in areas of extreme poverty, so they don’t have to give up their babies to orphanages. Before Trades of Hope, she founded an orphanage and school in Haiti. Her experiences on the ground showed her how business could be used to create social impact. Gretchen has channeled her passion and expertise into growing Trades of Hope into a multi-million dollar company that reaches thousands of people around the world using fashion as a force for good.
