Hugo Barraza

Founder and Managing Director of Kómpanic; consulting and business training agency founded in Mexico in 2020 with a presence in the United States as of 2021. It has stood out in the business field for its personal purpose of training people in any company in which it participates, a mission that is embodied in the sense of the agency that is "Revolutionizing companies, developing people."

He has a degree in Marketing with a master's degree in business administration from the Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico, he has various courses or diplomas from IPADE Business School and professionally he has been a manager, director and partner of various companies for more than 20 years in industries such as retail, agribusiness, sports supplements and lately ecommerce.

He currently lives with his wife and his three children in San Diego, CA. and maintains business relationships with his heroes (Name given to their clients at the agency) in Mexico and the United States.
