Ray Collins

Ray Collins lives with his wife Betty Ann in Vienna, Virginia. An Army combat veteran, he attended Yale and Princeton (MPA, Mid-Career Fellow, and Ph.D. in Public Affairs). He was a Japanese language and East Asia specialist with the U.S. State Department. He was a Fellow at Yale's Zigler Center for Child Development and Social Policy. His first thriller, THE GENERAL’S BRIEFCASE was published in June 2023 and MOTIVE FOR MURDER is scheduled for publication in December. Read more about Ray Collins on raycollinsauthor.com.
