Lianne James

Lianne James writes clean, cozy mysteries filled with small-town charm, quirky characters, and just enough trouble to keep readers guessing until the final page. Her stories often feature close-knit communities, amateur sleuths who refuse to mind their own business, and plenty of food—because in Lianne’s world, a good mystery is always better with something delicious nearby (especially if it involves carbs).

Lianne lives with her husband, whom she met later in life on a dating website. Together they believe life is best enjoyed with a little laughter, a lot of kindness, and the occasional dash of mischief. When she isn’t dreaming up her next whodunit, Lianne loves reminding readers that friendship, community, and a warm kitchen can solve almost anything… except maybe murder.
