Soosan D. Latham

Soosan is a professor of management teaching at York University since 2005 in a variety of Undergraduate and PhD courses. Soosan has years of professional experience as a former Vice President Human Resources at J. P. Morgan Chase and prior to that as Assistant Dean, Executive Education at the Rotman School of Management. Her professional experiences also include Executive Coaching, Organization Development Consulting, and Entrepreneurship.

Soosan is the author of numerous articles and books including The Multicultural Leader: Stories of Influence and Achievement, The Boarding School Girls: Developmental and Cultural Narratives, and Childhood, Identity and Masculinity: Boarding School Boys.

She holds a PhD from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Education, and an MBA from the Iran Center for Management Studies (in association with the Harvard Business School).
