Bob Whitsitt

Bob Whitsitt is the former president and general manager of the Seattle SuperSonics, Portland Trail Blazers and Seattle Seahawks. He has been involved in the NBA for 45 years and his passion for basketball has never been stronger. In addition to consulting on the new Climate Pledge Arena and NHL Kraken in Seattle, Bob is a member of Diamond Sports Group's Board of Managers. DSG operates 19 regional sports networks throughout the U.S.

Proving it's "never too late," Whitsitt graduated from law school on his 65th birthday. In addition to his passion of sports and law, Bob loves playing with his four grandsons, ages 1-5. Bob is committed to helping the NBA return to Seattle and dreams of taking his family to many SuperSonics games in the near future.
