Kieran Trass

Kieran Trass is an internationally recognized property cycle expert with decades of experience in property investment and as a property mentor. Kieran’s unique property cycle research methodologies first successfully identified the epic New Zealand property boom of the early 2000’s, a year before it commenced.

His property cycle methodologies have been used since then to successfully assess real estate markets in New Zealand, Australia, the UK, USA and Canada. His keynote presentations on the specialized topic of the property cycle have been attended by thousands of real estate investors in New Zealand, Australia, the UK and Canada.

Kierans career since 1981 has included working at Westpac New Zealand, Westpac Australia and several corporate finance companies before being headhunted for a role at Citibank. In 1996 he resigned from Citibank to start his own property-related business and today specialises in property cycle education, mentoring and public speaking.
