Debra Paul is the CEO of Assist Knowledge Development Ltd, a training and consultancy company, and has co-authored several publications including Business Analysis, Agile and Business Analysis and Delivering Business Analysis. Debra created the BA Service Framework and is a regular speaker at business seminars and IS industry events. She is a visiting fellow at Henley Business School.
