Yemisi Bolade-Ogunfodun

Having previously worked in the banking sector prior to my move into academia, I adopt a unique insider’s perspective in approaching challenges of management and leadership from both theoretical and practice standpoints. As a Program Director and Lecturer in Organizational Behavior at Henley Business School, UK, my research interests examine culture and meaning systems in diverse organisational contexts, including values that underpin work practices and the role of technology on the work experience. The challenge for contemporary leaders today is the courage to unlearn and relearn in response to a dynamic world of work. I urge you to be part of that new generation of leaders.
