Matthew is a very athletic guy, and he hates the sedentary lifestyle.
He works in a sportswear store in the running department. Running is his passion.
In addition to running, Matthew spends much time in the gym, teaching specialized courses and doing rehabilitation with seniors.
Now he has thought of writing some books to make his knowledge available to all of you.
His first publications were about the vagus nerve, chair yoga and Wall Pilates. These activities can be done comfortably at home, perfect for seniors or those who do not have a lot of strength or are new to physical training.
