It so happened that one day, the author's love for reading transformed into a passion for writing. As a child, she hated English literature and dreamed of having a career in science. But slowly, she started loving literature and pursued her graduation in English literature. Her obsession with reading was so strong that she ended up becoming a librarian.
The first book she wrote was a poetry collection. Her second book was her debut novel, a romantic mystery titled Finding Her.
Pia lives with her children in Norway. She loves nature, which gives her inspiration to write, paint, and bring color and humor to life and words.
Pia is fond of learning new things. If she could go back in time, she would start her education again in biotechnology. That is why her third book, A Pair of Intelligent Eyes, is about research in nanotechnology and immunology. Of course, it has romance in it. There are new book projects in the pipeline.
Her latest book, "Oddly amusing," is a semi-sci-fi. It is about the relationship between humans and robots in the health sector. It is thought-provoking and an amusing tale of Dr. Odd Klump.
