Bret Magpiong has dedicated his entire professional career either advising executives, entrepreneurs, professional athletes, and entertainers or as a C-Level executive for various firms and partnerships. Many of the individuals and companies he counseled have been recognized on the Forbes 400 and Fortune 500 listings. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Across his 35+ year professional career, Bret has coached and mentored scores of colleagues and clients on change, growth, and enrichment of their personal and professional lives. He started his career at a global professional services firm before jumping into several successful start-ups and privately run businesses. Most recently, he ran the client advisory offering for one of the premier independent wealth management firms nationally.
As the Founder of the Rudius Strategies Group, Bret zeroes in on equipping individual clients to identify and achieve purpose and performance. His goal is to help clients achieve personal and professional goals easier and faster than previously imagined.
For organizations, Bret teams with top management to improve how managers, executives, and leaders approach decisions and strategies while advancing team building and organizational culture.
Bret has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, the RIA Channel, the Family Wealth Alliance, and Schwab IMPACT. Notably, he once gave an acceptance speech at the Movie Guide® awards for his involvement with the movie Millions, but also, unfortunately, once promoted one of the lowest-attended international soccer friendlies in the history of Chicago’s Toyota Park. All of these experiences have contributed to his unique insight into personal growth and empowerment.
In addition to completing a 20X and 20XS, Bret is a New York Marathon, GoRuck Tough, and Hermosa Beach Triathlon finisher. He and his wife of 30+ years are the successful launchers of a twenty-something daughter.
