Hello Everyone, I am an Emergency First Respondent and since 2013 I have been involved in the teaching of basic first aid skills. I offer a variety of courses and workshops to businesses, schools, parents and children. I really enjoy teaching, perviously I worked in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and later became a spa owner, and before then I was a track athlete.

After becoming a father, I wanted to teach my children first aid but noticed there was a lack of fun engaging learning resources, so I began writing first aid books for children, which lead me to co- produce first aid songs, designing child friendly mannequins and producing a board game on first aid called ' Reach4daBeat' .
