Steven Clark

Like many Scots before him, Clark was eager to see the world. He studied International Politics with a focus on East Asia before spending half his life working there as a Broadcast Journalist, Documentary maker, and International News Desk Editor. He’d always wanted to work in an industry that allowed him to utilize the college education he’d so eagerly absorbed, and working in Asian broadcast news completely fulfilled that desire. Fascinated by the region’s history and culture, covering Asia’s major news events for a quarter of a century also allowed him to visit many countries and chat with people to understand how they lived.

Grateful to everyone he met in Asia for all the fascinating experiences and fond memories, Clark returned to his native Scotland where he now lives with his wife Elaine, in the beautiful county of Dumfries & Galloway.
