K French grew up in Sheffield but now lives in Hertfordshire with her husband and two children.

She began writing in 2014. Her latest book, I’ll Be Seeing You is inspired by family members who lived in Sheffield and Poland during the war years. All her books are romances set in the north of England - a place she still calls home.

When not writing, her other passions include reading, painting and spending time with her family, friends and the family dog.
