Thoughtful planning requires a skilled orchestration of the personal, business, and financial elements of a client's life, supported by an understanding of how all of the decisions in each area interrelate to become greater than the sum of their parts. As a distinguished Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), Eric simplifies the complex so owners can write their own stories with intention. He works with owners across the country to 1) optimize their business for themselves and their families, not just for their team and customers 2) Build and quarterback the right multidisciplinary professional team to best serve them 3) Implement the Value Acceleration Methodology to unlock the most transferable value, income, and impact from their business 4) Execute high value, successful transitions from their businesses and 5) Work with them for the long term after their exit, using their resources to create a life of deep fulfillment and legacy.

Business owners deserve owner-centric advisors who view the owner as the client and the owner's fulfilled vision as the measurement of efficacy- not business-centric advisors who view the business as their client and keep score only on the spreadsheets. Owner-centricity is a core Sooner Business Advisors pledge.
