William Frederic "Ric" Skinner

Ric Skinner (aka William F Skinner) is retired from several professions including Aquatic Biology, Environmental Management, Geographic Information Systems, Public Health and Hospital/Healthcare Preparedness & Emergency Management. He is a formerly Certified Fisheries Scientist and Geographic Information Systems Professional. During his professional career that spans 1972 - 2010, working for two large electric power companies, a state health department, a large hospital system and as an independent consultant. He has published over 100 professional articles in peer reviewed journals, and authored and was Editor of two professional books. Since retiring he has authored and published two family history/genealogy books. He is currently writing a fact based novel about a Russian man and his American wife during their lives in the latter 19th and to the mid 20th centuries. Ric can be contacted at ric.skinner@gmail.com.
