Bruno Marchand

With more than 27 years of experience in the medical devices sector, Bruno Marchand is a strategic and effective leader. He went up to the position of Global Vice President where he continues to have a major impact on the development, performance, and direction of his organization thanks to his broad knowledge in product development, management, and innovation.

Bruno has been a loving spouse for 27 years and is the father of three grown-up boys. He and his family have moved around a lot throughout the course of his career, living in Belgium, Germany, and the US. Currently, they are living in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The breadth of Bruno's knowledge spans nuclear instruments, particle accelerators, and radiation therapy. He has several articles and patents in these fields. By providing effective leadership, mentoring, and talent development, Bruno has established and inspired high-performing international teams that have contributed to operational success. He is trilingual in French, English, and German.

Bruno has experience working as a senior remote leader, and he has written two books: "Mastering Remote Leadership: Increase Performance and Unleash Your Work-From-Home Team's Full Potential" and "Champion Your Home Office: Boost Your Development and Happiness in the Age of Remote Work." His experience in managing remote teams, developing successful work-from-home tactics, and increasing productivity in the remote work era is illustrated in these books.

As a result of his personal and professional experiences living and working abroad, Bruno is also passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).
