The dream was to become a National Geographic Photographer. I worked, saved money, and traveled throughout the United States before I ventured abroad to get my portfolio in photography together. Wherever I went I had my journal and my camera with me to document my adventures.

As fate would have it, I would meet my husband and set down roots before that dream was realized. However, I documented my family and subsequent adventures just as I would any magazine spread long before there was a camera on every phone.

I am a self-proclaimed Jill of all trades. No Jack about it, and have worn many creative hats to prove it. From my image transfers on salvaged wood to magazine articles about my mixed media projects, photo styling for home decor magazines, and all sorts of photographic adventures, including portraits and weddings.

Fast forward to the pandemic, and a reading frenzy was resurrected. In the lull of one of my many fantasy series, I started writing my own.

I believe in strong female characters, witty banter, and flawed characters that are forever on the grow.
